Mahogany Homes need client contracts. You get those from the Construction Guild after level 50. Rewards include mahogany logs and big XP.
Expect 70k (90k) XP/hour. Cost? High.
But you earn back logs fast.
Gilded Altars and Mahogany Tables are endgame. Remove and rebuild them nonstop. XP/hour hits 120k+.
But you’ll burn 500k+ GP per hour just on materials.
